To be eligible for consideration, companies must meet the following criteria:

• Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
• Be a publicly or privately held business
• Have a facility in the state of Ohio
• Have a minimum of 15 employees working in the state of Ohio*
• Must be in business a minimum of 1 year

* Due to the large number of smaller companies in Ohio, we have created a "small-sized company" category (15-24 employees) that will give companies in this category a chance to compete with one another and take advantage of the other program benefits such as the Employee Feedback Report. To ensure the credibility of the information, companies must have an 80% (or better) response rate from their employees filling out the survey.
