August - December 2010
Program promotion and awareness campaign.
December 10, 2010
Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will receive an invoice within 15 days.  Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
December 15, 2010
A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email address for survey distribution.  The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is December 17th (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (if applicable).

Deadline to submit requests for alternate language surveys (if applicable).

December 17, 2010

A Web link for the Best Companies Group employer questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

December 17, 2010

Employee email address lists are due (online option only).

December 28, 2010
Paper versions of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only). 
January 7, 2011
Completed employer questionnaires (EQ) are due.
                January 14, 2011 Online version of the employee survey are sent via email (online option only).
January 19, 2011

Deadline for all paper versions of employee survey (paper option only).

January 28, 2011 Deadline for all online versions of the employee survey (online option only).
February 28, 2011 Best Companies Group prepares and issues congratulatory and non-winner letters to the participants.
 March 2011 The Employee Feedback Reports are sent to participating companies.
 May 2011
