Identifying the "Best Employers in Ohio" |

We welcome all Ohio organizations that meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the "Best Employers in Ohio" program. Best Companies Group will attempt to rank companies in three company size categories: - Best Employers Small-Sized companies (15-24 employees)*
- Best Employers Medium-Sized Companies (25-249 employees)
- Best Employers Large-Sized Companies (250 employees or more)
The "Best Employers in Ohio" rankings will be announced in May 2010 and posted on this Web site.
* Due to the large number of smaller companies in Ohio, we have created a "small-sized company" category that will give companies in this category a chance to compete with one another and take advantage of the other program benefits such as the Employee Feedback Report. To ensure the credibility of the information, companies must have a 80% (or better) response rate from their employees filling out the survey.
